BONA, in partnership with Atinia, with the enormous help of the American Corner Tuzla, successfully organized the promotion of the book “The Art of Thinking” by Andrea Čontoš, held at the National and University Library “Derviš Sušić” in Tuzla. The event brought together citizens, students, book lovers, and lifelong learners interested in neuroscience, cognitive development, and personal growth.
In an era marked by information overload, constant distractions, and increasing cognitive demands, the promotion addressed a question many people face daily: not what to think, but how to think more clearly, effectively, and consciously. The discussion highlighted the importance of understanding cognitive and behavioral processes as a foundation for better decision-making, focus, and mental well-being.

Through concrete examples and accessible explanations, the author demonstrated how neuroscience-based methods can support clearer reasoning, stronger concentration, and more resilient mental habits. Participants actively engaged in the discussion, asking questions and sharing reflections, which contributed to an open and dynamic exchange of ideas.
For BONA, this event directly reflects the organization’s commitment to the popularization of science, promotion of scientific literature, and advancement of lifelong learning. Supporting initiatives that translate scientific knowledge into practical understanding is a key part of BONA’s mission, particularly when such initiatives empower individuals to better navigate the complexities of modern life.
The high level of interest and engagement confirmed the relevance of topics related to cognitive science and mental skills within the local community. The event also demonstrated the value of collaboration between civil society organizations in creating meaningful educational spaces that connect science, society, and everyday experience.
BONA extends sincere thanks to Atinia for the strong partnership and shared vision, to the author Andrea Čontoš for her inspiring contribution, and to all participants who made this evening a success. We remain committed to supporting similar initiatives that promote critical thinking, scientific literacy, and informed personal and social development.
